SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern the mobile text-messaging program (the “Program”) offered by BG STRATEGIES LLC, doing business as MotionGuard (“MotionGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in to the Program.

1. Acceptance & Your Consent
When you opt in to the Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (such as offers, promotions, cart and browse reminders, new-product announcements, and personalized messages), as well as transactional text messages (such as order, shipping, and customer-service updates), from or on behalf of MotionGuard at the mobile number you provide. You understand that these messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, and that consent to receive automated marketing messages is not required to make any purchase (see Section 4).
2. How You Opt In
You can opt in to the Program by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages through our enrollment points, which include:
- A sign-up form or pop-up on our website where you submit your mobile number and agree to these SMS Terms; and
- A checkbox or similar opt-in on our order or checkout pages where you choose to receive text messages.
By submitting your mobile number through any of these methods and indicating your agreement, you opt in to the Program and accept these SMS Terms. You represent that the mobile number you provide is your own or that you are authorized to provide it and to consent on behalf of the account holder, and that the number is accurate.
3. About the Messaging Program
The Program is operated by MotionGuard. Messages sent through the Program may include marketing and promotional content, transactional and order-related updates, and customer-service communications. Messages may be personalized based on information we hold about you and your activity, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party messaging service providers to operate the Program on our behalf.
4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can buy from MotionGuard without opting in to the Program. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 7.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages, and the number of messages you receive may change depending on your activity, current promotions, and your order status.
6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MotionGuard does not charge for the Program itself, but your carrier's standard message and data rates and fees will apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan and any charges.
7. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program and stop receiving marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive marketing text messages from the Program. If you opt out, you may still receive transactional or order-related messages necessary to complete or service an order you have placed, and you can opt in again at any time by re-enrolling through one of the methods in Section 2. You may also contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com to request that we stop sending you messages.
8. How to Get Help (HELP)
If you need help or information about the Program at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com.
9. Carriers & Delivery
The Program may be supported by wireless carriers, including major U.S. carriers, but availability can vary by carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Delivery to numbers on certain carriers, or to numbers outside the United States, may be delayed or unavailable.
10. Eligibility & Your Mobile Number
To enroll in or use the Program, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us by opting out (Section 7) if you change or relinquish the mobile number associated with your enrollment, or if the number is reassigned to another person. You are responsible for all messages sent to a number you provided until you opt out.
11. Your Privacy
Information collected and used in connection with the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers collected for the Program with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number with service providers who help us operate the Program on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and changes are effective when posted. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated SMS Terms. We may also change, suspend, or end the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
13. Disclaimer & Liability
The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotionGuard is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages, for any errors in messages, or for any acts or omissions of wireless carriers or third-party messaging providers. Your use of the Program is also subject to the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.
