Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and our money-back guarantee work for products purchased from BG STRATEGIES LLC, doing business as MotionGuard (“MotionGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through www.trymotionguard.com and our related advertisements, advertorials, landing pages, sales pages, order and checkout pages, and post-purchase offer pages.
This policy is part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every eligible MotionGuard product is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions in this policy.
The guarantee is a satisfaction guarantee: it applies even if you have opened and tried the product. To qualify, your refund request must be started within the 60-day window and must follow the process in Section 5. Requests made after the 60-day window may be declined.
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from MotionGuard through the Services, including products added through post-purchase or one-click upsell offers. It does not apply to products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers — those purchases are governed by the seller's return policy. It also does not apply to non-product items such as gift cards or promotional credits, where offered.
3. Eligibility & Conditions for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee:
- Your refund request must be started within 60 days of delivery by contacting us as described in Section 5;
- You must be the original purchaser and able to provide your order number or proof of purchase;
- Unless we tell you otherwise, you must return the product to us, and the return must include all items received in the order, including any free gifts or bonus items (see Section 12);
- The product should be returned in reasonable condition with its original packaging where possible; and
- You must use the return authorization and return address we provide — do not ship products back without first contacting us (see Section 5).
We may, at our discretion, approve a refund without requiring the product to be returned, or request photos or other information to process your request.
4. What's Not Eligible
The following are generally not eligible for a refund or return:
- Requests made more than 60 days after delivery;
- Products returned without a return authorization from us, or sent to an address other than the one we provide;
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, normal wear, or failure to follow product instructions (this does not affect items that arrived damaged or defective — see Section 8);
- Items clearly marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or non-returnable at the time of purchase, and gift cards or promotional credits, where offered; and
- Repeated or excessive returns or refund requests that we reasonably determine to be abusive or made in bad faith (see Section 14).
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. How to Start a Return or Refund Request
To request a return or refund, contact our support team at trymotionguard@gmail.com within the 60-day window and include:
- Your full name and order number;
- The email address used for the order; and
- A brief description of the product(s) involved and the reason for your request.
We will respond with next steps. If a return is required, we will provide a return authorization and the correct return address. Please do not ship any product back before receiving these instructions — products returned without authorization, or to the wrong address, may not be received, inspected, or refunded.
6. Return Shipping
For money-back guarantee returns (where you are returning a product because you changed your mind or were not satisfied), you are responsible for return shipping costs, and any original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number, because you are responsible for the return until it reaches us, and we cannot refund a return we do not receive.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the cost of returning it or sending a replacement — see Section 8.
7. Refund Amount, Method & Timing
For an approved money-back guarantee return, we refund the purchase price of the returned product(s). Original shipping and handling charges and the customer's return shipping costs are not refunded for satisfaction returns. We do not charge a restocking fee for guarantee returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (or otherwise approve your request), we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of approval; after that, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account. We will email you when your refund has been issued.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we will cover return shipping if a return is needed. This is in addition to your 60-day money-back guarantee.
9. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If carrier tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household and neighbors and at your local carrier facility, then contact us so we can help investigate. If a package is genuinely lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver, are delayed, or are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout; in those cases, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. 10. Order Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly so they ship fast. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at trymotionguard@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will do our best to cancel or update it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you would instead follow the return process in this policy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders ourselves as described in our Terms of Service; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.
11. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, variant, or product, contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com and we will let you know the available options. In many cases the simplest approach is to request a refund for the original item under the money-back guarantee and place a new order for the item you want. Exchange availability depends on stock.
12. Upsells, Bundles & Free Gifts
Products added through post-purchase or one-click upsell offers are eligible for the same 60-day money-back guarantee, each as its own purchase, under the conditions in this policy.
If you purchased a multi-item bundle or a “buy more, save more” offer and return part of it, your refund may be recalculated to reflect the per-item price actually applicable to the quantity you keep, so that bundle or volume discounts apply only to items retained. If your order included a free gift or bonus item, please return it along with the purchased product; if a free or bonus item is not returned, we may deduct its stated or standard retail value from your refund.
13. Chargebacks — Please Contact Us First
If you have any concern about a charge, a product, or your order, please contact us first at trymotionguard@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to make it right before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under payment-network rules or applicable law to dispute unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise improper charges. Almost every issue — a delay, a wrong item, an unrecognized billing descriptor, or a guarantee request — can be resolved quickly and directly, and our 60-day guarantee already gives you a straightforward way to get your money back. As described in our Terms of Service, initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorized, without first contacting us, is a breach of those Terms, and we reserve the right to respond to and dispute chargebacks we believe are unwarranted. This does not affect your right to dispute charges you did not authorize.
14. Abuse of This Policy
Our money-back guarantee is offered in good faith, and we ask that it be used in good faith. We reserve the right to decline a refund or return request, to limit or refuse future orders, and to take other appropriate action where we reasonably determine that a request is fraudulent, abusive, or part of a pattern of excessive returns or refund requests, or where this policy's conditions are not met.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The version of this policy in effect on the date you placed your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this policy before each purchase.
