Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for products purchased from BG STRATEGIES LLC, doing business as MotionGuard (“MotionGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through www.trymotionguard.com and our related advertisements, advertorials, landing pages, sales pages, order and checkout pages, and post-purchase offer pages.
This policy is part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Free Shipping & Overview
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order — with no minimum spend — to all destinations we serve. We ship worldwide. The timeframes, costs, and terms in this policy are estimates and general information; the details that apply to your order are also shown on the applicable offer or checkout page.
2. Order Processing Time
After you place an order, it goes through payment verification and order processing before it ships. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during sales, promotions, peak seasons, or high-volume periods, or where additional payment or fraud verification is needed.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
For most orders, estimated total delivery time — including processing and transit — is generally 1 to 2 weeks (approximately 7–14 business days) from the date the order is placed. Some international destinations, remote areas, and orders subject to customs processing may take longer.
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on the destination, the carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates begin when an order is shipped, not when it is placed, and do not include any time an order spends in customs. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier. If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or, if no timeframe is stated, within 30 days, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve, with no minimum purchase. Free shipping uses standard shipping methods and carriers selected by us. Free shipping covers the cost of transportation only; it does not cover customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that a destination country may charge on international orders — see Section 6. Reshipment of an order that is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to an additional shipping charge — see Section 9.
5. Where We Ship
We ship internationally to most countries. In some locations, shipping may be unavailable, restricted, or subject to longer transit times because of carrier coverage, local regulations, or other factors. If we are unable to ship to your location, or cannot complete a shipment after an order is placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and issue a refund for it.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage or handling fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or in our free shipping, are determined by the customs authorities and carriers of the destination country, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot predict, calculate, or control these charges, and they are not within our knowledge before delivery. As the recipient, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We are unable to declare orders as gifts or to undervalue shipments. If a package is delayed, held, refused, or returned because import charges are unpaid, that is treated as an undeliverable or refused package — see Section 9. If you are unsure about the charges that may apply, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
7. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation, typically by email, that includes tracking information where available. Please allow time after shipment for tracking to update with carrier scans. The level of tracking detail varies by carrier and destination, and international shipments may show limited or delayed tracking updates while in transit or during customs clearance.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com as soon as possible; we will try to update your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.
9. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
A package may be returned to us or treated as undeliverable if the address is incorrect or incomplete, if delivery is refused, if it is unclaimed, or if import duties or taxes are not paid. If a package is returned to us:
- We will contact you, where possible, to arrange next steps;
- If you would like the order reshipped, an additional shipping charge may apply, particularly where the package was returned due to an address error, refusal, or unpaid import charges; and
- If you prefer a refund instead, it will be handled under our Refund & Returns Policy; the refund may be reduced by shipping costs we actually incurred and by any unrecoverable carrier or customs fees.
10. Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Risk of loss for products passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier, as stated in our Terms of Service. That said, we want you to receive your order, and we will help.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and at your local carrier facility, and contact your carrier; carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com and we will assist. If a package is genuinely lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We are not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after a confirmed delivery, though we will try to help where we reasonably can.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at trymotionguard@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
12. Split & Partial Shipments
Orders with multiple items — including items added through post-purchase or upsell offers — may be shipped in more than one package and may arrive separately and at different times, at no additional shipping cost to you. If part of your order is delayed or out of stock, we may ship the available items first and the remainder when ready, or contact you about alternatives.
13. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timeframes may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier or logistics disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, public health events, high order volume, peak or holiday seasons, labor disruptions, and supply-chain or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by such events, and they do not entitle you to cancel an order that has already shipped except as provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.
14. Address Types & Restrictions
Whether we can deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, military (APO/FPO/DPO), or other special addresses depends on the carrier and destination, and some carriers or destinations may not support them. Certain remote or restricted locations may be subject to longer transit times, limited carrier options, or surcharges. If we cannot deliver to a specified address, we will contact you to find an alternative or to arrange a refund for the affected order.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The version of this policy in effect on the date you placed your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this policy before each purchase.
